Short-listed candidates will be invited to attend an interview w/c 20th July 2026.

We create powerful music experiences that bring people together. Proud of our music city and open to the world, we collaborate with the next generations of artists and audiences to shape the future of Liverpool and beyond.

Our values inform everything we do every day. Equity and inclusion are embedded within every aspect of this Plan. Our values underpin our culture as a collaborative, caring, supportive and inclusive team in which everyone feels valued, enjoys their work, has opportunities to develop, and is part of a progressive organisation that recognises and celebrates success.

  • We care for each other

We look out for each other so everyone can play to their strengths. We’ve got each others’ backs, particularly when things get tough.

  • We do our best work together

We’re great at making things happen and pulling together as a team. We value everyone’s different perspectives, contributions, expertise, and talents.

  • We’re open & curious

All questions are welcome- we listen to everyone’s ideas and are open to trying new ways and learning from each other.

  • We're brave & try new things

We stretch ourselves and encourage each other to push ourselves out of our comfort zones.

  • We have
    fun

We’re passionate about what we do, but we’re down to earth and have fun doing it. We take pride in our work and celebrate our wins- but we don’t quit when we fail.

We champion fairness and inclusion throughout our organisation, our activities, and in the artists and music genres we present.

Our team is a dynamic group of people from all walks of life, united in our passion for music. We want to ensure that everyone feels welcome and everyone can thrive, regardless of who they are and where they are from.

Everyone should feel they belong and so we’re committed to developing a more diverse workforce, welcoming applicants with the skills and experience that help us to widen our perspective and better serve the needs of the Liverpool City Region and our communities.

We particularly encourage applications from disabled people, people from the global majority, and people from working-class communities, as these groups are underrepresented in the creative industries.
